Whips up in a flash. Tried the recipe first without meat, then with spicy sausage. Both were good, but I liked it with the sausage the best.

I drained the can of Rotel and added 3 large stems of green onion, and cubed 1/2 of a large tomato. But first I made a rue and added chili powder and a pound of white cheese. Came out delicious!
